The Montessori environment is characterised by the mix of ages and abilities among the children. One of the primary goals when we consider group work in English is that the activities are as inclusive and adaptative to the children´s capabilities as much as possible.
One of our recent games, to revise and learn vocabulary related to winter, has been the three-level Bingo game. This fun game enables children from each year to play independently whilst at the same time forming part of the game. In the photographs, we have cards with images, cards with images and words and cards with word only. It has been such a success in group work sessions, everyone feels included and enjoys it very much!
