Every Monday during the month of May we have set up a florist´s in our classroom to practise a very fun role play in a florist shop. Some of the children played the role of the shop assistant and others played the customers. We learnt how to welcome and serve a person in a shop, ask for different types of flowers and add up the total price for the bouquets we made. It really was a great activity, we all enjoyed it so much and got to take home a mini bouquet for our families!
Definitely an activity we´ll repeat again … what shop could we do next time?
