Signs of Spring

An abandoned birds nest made the perfect excuse to talk about and explore the changing of the season and the signs of Spring. In each class,the children were invited to experiment and touch th nest, talk about how it was made, look at how other birds make nests and question why it was found on the ground. What could have happened? Along with some songs and stories about Spring it was the best start to this new term looking at the signs of Spring!
