In the 0-3 environment we´ve kept ourselves fit and healthy practicing yoga every week. We´ve learned so many yoga movements and have had such fun trying to do all the poses.
The yoga sessions give the children a fantastic opportunity to develop their ability to conceptualize, organize and direct unfamiliar actions, basically to be able to imitate, like in these yoga poses. Just look how well they do! Praxis is known as the bridge between cognition and action, refining the ability to plan and execute motor skills in a refined and efficient manner.
These children are truly little masters at being mini Yogis!
